Client Desk Card
Pull up a client's day at the desk — today's sessions, passes and memberships — and check them in from a scanned card.

What the Client Desk Is
The Client desk is a one-screen view of a client for the front desk: today's seats, passes and memberships, with the actions the desk needs most. Open it from Clients by choosing the client and then Client desk. Email and phone are one tap away, and a Blocked badge shows if the client is blocked.
What Is on the Card
- Today — the client's sessions today, or No sessions today. For group sessions, Check in and Undo check-in are right there.
- See all appointments — jumps to the client's full history.
- Passes — every pass the client holds with the credits left, plus Sell a pass and Use pass.
- Memberships — the client's agreements, plus Start a membership.
Who Sees What
Every role can open the Client desk. Check-in needs attendance rights, which every role has, and the client must be a linked client record. The Passes and Memberships sections need payments access, so Owners, Admins and Receptionists see the whole card while Professionals see the Today list only.
Checking a Client In
- Open the client's Client desk.
- Find the session under Today and choose Check in.
- If it was a mistake, choose Undo check-in.
- If the seat is unpaid, use Sell a pass, or take payment from the roster before the class starts.
QR Check-in From the Customer App
In the customer app, the client's card shows Show this at the desk — a code the front desk scans to pull up their details and check them in. Scan it with a phone that is signed into the partner app; the Client desk page for that client opens straight away. There is no dedicated scanner in the partner app — the phone camera does the job.
Tips and Gotchas
- Check-in is only offered on the day of the session; actions for other days live on the roster.
- A guest who was seated without a client record cannot be checked in from the card — link them to a client first.
- If a card opens with a Blocked badge, review the client's profile before taking a payment.
