Adding Clients
Add clients manually or let them be created automatically through bookings.
Manual Client Creation
To add a client manually:
- Go to Clients > Add Client
- Enter client information
- Add any relevant tags or notes
- Save the new client
Required Information
Basic Contact Details
- Name First and last name for proper identification
- Email or Phone At least one contact method is required
- Preferred Contact Method How the client wants to be reached
- Communication Preferences Marketing and notification settings
Optional Information
Additional details you can capture:
- Full address for service location
- Service preferences and notes
- Marketing and communication preferences
- Preferred appointment days and times
- Additional notes about the client

- Obtain consent for marketing communications

Quick Add During Booking
Create client profiles on the fly when scheduling appointments:
- Search for Client Start typing in the client search field
- Select Create New Choose "Create New Client" when no match is found
- Enter Basic Info Add name and contact details in the quick form
