What a Party Booking Is

Most services are booked by one person. Some — a couples massage, two friends getting matching treatments — are booked together. A party booking holds several seats in one appointment: each seat can have its own services and its own professional, the price is the sum of the seats, and the seats run in parallel so the appointment lasts as long as its longest seat.

Allowing Parties on a Service

Open the service and find Party size in the form. People per booking goes from 1 to 5; raise it for something two people book together. The catalog then shows Up to that many people, and the service detail shows the party size. Owners and Admins change service settings.

If the service asks for a kind of space, A party takes decides whether the group shares one space between them or takes one each.

Booking a Party

1. Start a new appointment from the calendar and pick the service.
2. Set the party size — how many people the booking is for. Name the ones you know; the rest are held as seats.
3. For each seat, choose Served by: anyone available or a specific professional.
4. For each seat, decide what this person is getting — the same as the booking or different services. When a seat has several services, say who does each one.
5. Save. The appointment shows every seat with what they receive, when, and who serves them.

Rules to Know

• One professional cannot serve two people at the same time. The same person may serve seats back-to-back, and the form flags anyone already serving someone on this booking.
• A repeating booking is made for one person. Book a party as single visits.
• Reducing the party size below the seats already filled is refused — remove someone first, or keep the size.
• Space limits apply to the whole party; if no space at the venue is big enough for that many people, another time will not help.

Tips and Gotchas

• Cancellation and refunds are per booking, not per seat. If one guest drops out, edit the party rather than trying to cancel a single seat.
• The price shown is the sum of all seats, so check each seat's services before confirming.
