Rebooking Reminders

How EasyBook automatically reminds clients to book their next appointment.

Rebooking Reminders

Rebooking reminders help bring clients back without any manual follow-up. EasyBook learns how often each client visits for a given service and reminds them when it is about time to book again. It runs automatically in the background — there is nothing to set up.

How the Timing Works

Reminders are based on each client's own visit pattern rather than a fixed schedule:

  • EasyBook looks at how frequently a client books a particular service
  • A reminder is sent shortly before they are due for their next visit
  • As more visit history builds up, the timing adapts to each client
  • If a client lapses well past their usual interval, they receive a single friendly win-back message

What the Client Receives

The client gets a friendly email inviting them to book their next appointment, sometimes with a few suggested services. Reminders are spaced out so clients are never overwhelmed, and clients who have opted out of marketing messages are not included.

Client Preferences Are Respected

Because rebooking reminders are a form of marketing outreach, they follow each client's choices:

  • Only clients who have consented to marketing messages receive them
  • Quiet hours and notification preferences are respected
  • A minimum gap between messages means a client is never contacted too often
