Where Reviews Live

Reviews has its own entry in the main menu. It opens on every review your business has received, newest first, with the rating and the number of reviews above the list. The dashboard shows the latest ones and how many are still waiting for an answer, with a link straight into the full list.

Reading the List

Each row shows the customer, the rating, the comment, whether you have replied, what the review is about โ€” a venue or a professional โ€” and the date. Open a row to read the review in full and to act on it. The filters above the list narrow it:

  • Rating โ€” only the one- and two-star reviews, for example
  • Venue โ€” reviews left for one of your locations
  • Professional โ€” reviews left for one team member
  • Awaiting reply โ€” everything nobody has answered yet
  • Anonymous โ€” a customer who chose not to show their name appears as Verified Customer; show only those, or only the named ones
  • Date range โ€” reviews left between two dates

Replying to a Review

A reply is public and sits under the review wherever the review is shown. Write it for the next person reading, not only for the one who left it.

  1. Open the review and choose Write a Reply.
  2. Write your answer โ€” up to 500 characters.
  3. Submit it. The reply appears under the review straight away.
  4. Change it later with Edit Reply, or take it down with Withdraw reply.

Disputing a Review

Approving and rejecting reviews are gone. A review is published the moment the customer writes it, and a business cannot take one down. What you can do is dispute it: tell EasyBook what is wrong with it and we look into it.

  1. Open the review and choose Dispute this review.
  2. Say what is wrong with it: offensive or discriminatory language, personal details about your staff or about other clients, promotional content or links, not based on a real visit, nothing to do with the service, or factually inaccurate.
  3. Add anything else we should know.
  4. Send it to EasyBook. The review is marked as raised with us while we look at it, and one dispute per review is enough โ€” a second is refused.

Venues and Team Members

Every review is about a venue or about one of your professionals, and each of them carries its own rating built from the reviews that name it. A professional who works at two businesses is rated separately at each: their rating with you is built only from the visits they served for you, and never follows them between businesses.
