Not Getting Bookings Yet?

If bookings are not coming and you feel you are paying for nothing, it is almost always one of these checks, not the platform.

  1. Is the venue published?
  2. Is there a primary photo and at least five pictures?
  3. Do you and your team have profile photos?
  4. Are you telling clients a review request is coming?
  5. Are your clients imported, with your link in your WhatsApp and Instagram auto-reply?
  6. Are you a Rewards Partner?
  7. Have you accepted a campaign?
  8. Are services, categories and hours accurate?

The checks

Is the venue published?

Where: Settings > Venues. If not: an unpublished venue is invisible to clients. Publishing needs a main photo, services and staff with availability.

Does the venue have a primary photo and at least five good pictures?

Where: Settings > Venues > Pictures. If not: upload well-lit photos of the space and your work and choose Set as Primary.

Do you and your team have profile photos?

Where: Settings > My Profile. If not: each member uploads their own picture.

Are you asking for reviews?

Where: Reviews. If not: tell clients after every appointment that the review request is coming; they can review within 30 days of a visit. Reply to every review.

Are your existing clients in EasyBook?

Where: Clients. If not: import your list with emails and phones, set your WhatsApp and Instagram automatic reply with your venue link, and tell clients they can book you online.

Are you a Rewards Partner?

Where: Settings > Rewards & Campaigns. If not: join; it takes one step and makes you eligible for campaigns.

Have you accepted a campaign?

Where: Settings > Rewards & Campaigns > Discount Campaigns. If not: accept the next invitation and exclude the services that are already full.

Are services, categories and hours accurate?

Where: Services, Settings > Venues. If not: fix names, categories, cover photos, hours and staff availability.

What to expect

Reviews and imported clients change the numbers fastest, because they work on people who already know you. Search visibility grows as the profile fills out and reviews arrive; give it a few weeks after the fixes, and watch New this month and Retention rate on the Clients page.
