Get More Bookings
The eight things that bring bookings on EasyBook, most effective first, with where to do each one.

Get More Bookings
Most businesses that struggle for bookings on EasyBook have the same few gaps: a thin profile, no faces, no reviews, and their own clients still booking by phone. Fix these in order. Each takes minutes and none needs a budget.
The eight levers, in order
- Complete the venue profile and pick a strong primary photo (Settings > Venues > Pictures).
- Add your own profile photo and ask each team member to add theirs (Settings > My Profile).
- Tell every client a review request is coming, and reply to every review (Reviews).
- Bring your existing clients in: import them and answer WhatsApp and Instagram messages with your booking link (Clients > Import).
- Join the Rewards Partner program (Settings > Rewards & Campaigns).
- Take part in campaigns (Settings > Rewards & Campaigns > Discount Campaigns).
- Keep services, categories and hours accurate (Services, Settings > Venues).
- Get clients booking through EasyBook so rebooking reminders can follow up (nothing to configure).
1. Complete your venue profile and pick a strong primary photo
Why it works: the primary photo is the picture clients see in search results, and a complete profile is what turns a search into a booking.
- Open the venue and go to Pictures. Upload up to 20 photos, well lit, showing your space and your work, and choose Set as Primary on the best one.
- Write a business description that says what you do and where you are, in the words clients search for.
- Check the address and map pin.
Where: Settings > Venues > Pictures. See Venue photos and Profile optimization.
2. Show the people: your photo and your team's
Why it works: clients book a person, not a room. A profile with faces converts better than one without.
- Upload your own profile photo under Settings > My Profile > Profile Photo.
- Ask every team member to do the same on their own profile; each person uploads their own picture.
Where: Settings > My Profile. See Venue photos.
3. Ask every client for a review, and reply to each one
Why it works: reviews are what a new client reads to decide. A reply, even to a bad one, shows you care.
EasyBook sends the review request itself: every client is prompted to rate the visit after the appointment and can leave a review within 30 days. There is nothing for you to send or schedule. What is left to you is the part the system cannot do: tell the client at the end of the visit that the request is coming, and answer every review that arrives.
- At the end of the visit, tell the client that EasyBook will ask them to rate it and that it takes a moment.
- Reply to every review from the Reviews page. Dispute only a review that breaks the rules.
Where: Reviews. See Reviews.
4. Bring your existing clients in and answer WhatsApp messages with your link
Why it works: your regulars are the easiest bookings you will get, and once they book through EasyBook, rebooking reminders bring them back without you doing anything.
Clients write to a business on WhatsApp or Instagram before they do anything else. Both apps let a business set an automatic reply, so that message turns into a booking without you answering it: greet the client and give your EasyBook venue link.
What to answer when a client writes on WhatsApp or Instagram, the same everywhere:
Use the words your trade uses for the line that carries the link:
- Hair salons, barbershops, nails, spa and beauty, massage, skincare, lashes and brows, waxing, makeup, tattoo and piercing, aesthetic medicine: "Book your appointment here:"
- Fitness and sports, yoga, pilates, dance, aerial and pole, martial arts, swimming, music schools: "Reserve your place in the next class here:"
- Healthcare, dental, physiotherapy, chiropractic, acupuncture, psychology and counselling: "Book your visit here:"
- Personal training, tutoring, coaching and consulting, driving schools, photography, language services: "Book your session here:"
- Everything else: "Book a time here:"
Your venue link is your venue's page on easybook.ai. Open your venue on easybook.ai or in the EasyBook app, tap Share and choose Copy link; the same sheet sends the link by WhatsApp, Instagram, Telegram, Facebook, X, SMS or email and shows a QR code you can print for the counter. Set the automatic reply under WhatsApp Business > Settings > Business tools > Greeting message and Instagram > Settings > Business tools > Instant reply. The same text works for a Facebook page auto-reply or a Viber away message.
- Import your client list with email and phone, so bookings match the right profile.
- Set the automatic reply on WhatsApp and Instagram with your venue link.
- Tell clients they can book you on easybook.ai and in the app, and add each walk-in as a client while you book them.
Where: Clients > Import. See Importing clients and Adding clients.
5. Join the Rewards Partner program
Why it works: customers earn EasyCoins when they book with a Rewards Partner, and higher-tier customers book more often and look for partner businesses.
- Publish at least one venue.
- Open Settings > Rewards & Campaigns and choose Join Rewards Program.
Where: Settings > Rewards & Campaigns. See Rewards Partner.
6. Take part in EasyBook campaigns
Why it works: platform-run discount campaigns put your business in front of customers looking for a deal, and the platform shares the cost of each redemption.
- Accept campaign invitations when they arrive under Settings > Rewards & Campaigns. Rewards Partner status is required.
- Exclude the services that are already full and cap redemptions, so a campaign fills quiet hours.
Where: Settings > Rewards & Campaigns > Discount Campaigns. See Marketing campaigns.
7. Keep services, categories and hours accurate
Why it works: clients browse by category and book your real-time availability. An outdated menu or wrong hours loses bookings silently.
- Give every service a clear name, a description, a category and a cover photo.
- Keep venue hours and each team member's availability current. A venue can only be published with a main photo, services and staff with availability.
Where: Services, Settings > Venues. See Creating services and Publishing venues.
8. Let rebooking reminders do the follow-up
Why it works: EasyBook emails each client when they are due for their next visit, based on how often they book, and sends a win-back message when they lapse. There is nothing to set up.
- Record every appointment in EasyBook, including walk-ins, so the reminder timing follows each client's real visits.
- Reminders reach clients who have an EasyBook account and allow marketing messages in it; the consent you record at the desk does not switch them on, which is one more reason to get your clients booking through EasyBook.
Where: nothing to configure. See Rebooking reminders.
