Creating Services
Services are what your clients book. Create services that accurately represent your offerings with proper pricing and duration.
Service Creation
To create a new service:
- Go to Settings → Services
- Click "Add Service"
- Fill in service details
- Configure pricing and duration
- Assign to venues
- Save
Service Details
Name
A clear, descriptive name that clients will see:
- Keep it concise
- Describe what the client gets
- Use common terminology
Description
Detailed information about the service:
- What's included
- What to expect
- Any preparation required
- Benefits and outcomes
Category
Organize services into categories for easy navigation. See Service Categories for details.
Duration
Set how long the service takes:
- Duration in minutes
Pricing
Configure service pricing:
- Set a fixed price for the service
Availability
Control when the service can be booked:
- Which venues offer it
- Which staff can provide it
- Booking lead time
- Advance booking limit
Service Display
Each service appears in your public listing with its name, description, price, and duration. A clear, descriptive name and detailed description help clients find the right service.
