Creating Organizations

Create a new organization when you start a new business or need a separate entity for a different venture.

When to Create a New Organization

• Starting a new business
• Opening a new franchise location (with separate branding)
• Creating a subsidiary company
• Testing features in a sandbox environment

Organization Creation Process

To create a new organization:

1. Go to your account menu
2. Select "Create New Organization"
3. Complete the setup wizard

Setup Wizard Steps

Step 1: Basic Information

• Business Name: Your organization's display name
• Legal Name: Registered business name
• Industry: Type of business

Step 2: Location

• Address: Primary business address
• Country: Operating country
• Timezone: Local timezone

Step 3: Preferences

• Currency: Default pricing currency
• Language: Platform language
• Date Format: Regional date display

Onboarding Status

After creation, your organization goes through onboarding:

• Pending Setup: Initial creation complete
• In Progress: Completing required configuration
• Completed: Ready for operations

Post-Creation Setup

After creating your organization, complete these essential steps:

1. Add at least one venue
2. Create your services
3. Set operating hours
4. Invite team members

Each organization requires its own subscription. Choose a plan that fits your business needs and expected booking volume.
