Two Ways to Book for Others

A one-to-one appointment can be booked for someone else. A service made for more than one person — a couples massage, a treatment for two — seats everyone in the same appointment, each with their own professional. Both happen inside the normal booking wizard.

Booking for a Friend

On the "Confirm Booking" step, the "Booking for" row shows "You". Tap "Book for someone else" to open "Who is this for?":

1. Enter their "Full name".
2. Add an "Email", a "Phone" or both — at least one is required ("Add an email or a phone number").
3. Tap "Done".
4. Confirm the booking as usual.

With an email address the app tells you "We'll send them the confirmation." Without one, only you receive it. Tap "Book for myself" to switch back.

Booking for a Group

Some services are made for more than one person. Tick one on the "Select Services" step and the seats it needs are added for you — there is no party size to choose. Everyone shares that one service at one price, and each seat can have its own professional.

1. Tick a service made for more than one person — the seats it needs appear straight away.
2. Under "Who's coming?", say who each seat is for; everyone is having the same service, so there is nothing to pick per person.
3. On the staff step, each extra person gets a "Person {n}" card: add their name, email or phone and pick a "Professional" ("Any professional" or a named one).
4. Choose a time. The timetable only offers slots where every seat can be served at once, and lists each seat separately ("Person 2", the time and the professional).
5. Review the party summary on the confirm screen and use "Edit party" to change anything before confirming.

Limits and What to Expect

• How many seats a booking has is set by the service, not by you — a service made for two seats two people, and there is no number to raise.
• A professional already serving someone in your party shows "{name} — already serving someone in your party" and can't be chosen twice.
• If the venue is short-staffed you'll see "Only {available} professionals are available for this service, so a party of {party} cannot be served at the same time." Try another time, or book the people separately.
• A party is one booking with one confirmation. Guests with an email address receive their own confirmation.
• A discount applies to the booking's price as a whole rather than to each seat, and payment is at the venue.
