Online and Hybrid Services

Some services and classes are delivered online, or as a mix of in-person and online. In the venue catalogue and in your booking summary these carry a chip reading "Online" or "Hybrid" next to the name. Booking one works exactly like any other booking — the difference is how you attend.

What You See While Booking

  • The service or class card shows the "Online" or "Hybrid" chip
  • On the "Confirm Booking" step a notice reads "This is an online session — you'll receive a meeting link before it starts."
  • On the confirmation page, "Join meeting" replaces "Get directions" once the link is ready
  • "Add to calendar" saves the meeting link as the event's location, so it's one tap away from your calendar

Joining Your Session

Open "Appointments" and find the booking — the card is labelled "Online session".

  1. Tap "Join meeting"
  2. The link opens in your browser or in the meeting app installed on your device
  3. Join a few minutes early so you can check your camera and microphone

The meeting link is created by the business, not by you. Until they have generated it, the appointment card reads "The meeting link will appear here once it's ready." Check back closer to the start time.

  • If the link still hasn't appeared before the session starts, contact the business directly using "Call" or "Website" on its page
  • For a hybrid session, the business decides how the in-person and online parts work — the class or service description explains what to expect
  • Booking terms, cancellation and rescheduling work exactly as for in-person bookings

Payment

The "Payment" section still reads "Pay at the venue": the business settles payment with you directly and nothing is charged in the app. If a pass covers the class, the seat shows "Covered by your pass" as usual.
