Review Your Booking

Review your booking summary before confirming.

Booking Summary

The confirmation screen shows:

• Business name: Where your appointment is
• Service(s): What you're booking
• Provider: Who will perform the service
• Date & Time: When your appointment is
• Duration: How long it will take
• Price: Total cost

Adding Notes

You can add notes or special requests:

• Tap the notes field
• Type any special instructions
• Let them know about allergies or preferences
• Request specific products or techniques

Applying a Promo Code

If you have a voucher or campaign code, you can apply it during booking to receive a discount:

1. Look for the "Promo Code" or "Voucher" field on the confirmation screen
2. Enter your code exactly as provided
3. Tap "Apply" to see the discount reflected in the total price
4. If the code is invalid or expired, you'll see an error message

Confirming Your Booking

1. Review all booking details
2. Add any notes (optional)
3. Accept the booking terms
4. Tap "Confirm Booking"

After Confirmation

Once confirmed, you'll receive:

• Confirmation screen: With your booking code
• Confirmation email: With all the details
• In-app notification: Booking confirmed

Your Booking Code

Each booking has a unique code (e.g., EB-ABC123). Use this code when:

• Contacting the business about your appointment
• Checking in when you arrive
• Referencing your booking in support requests
