Service Assignment

Control which venues and staff members can provide each service. Proper assignment ensures accurate availability and booking options.

Venue Assignment

Assign services to specific venues:

1. Go to Settings → Venues
2. Select the venue
3. Navigate to Services section
4. Select services to offer at this venue

Staff Assignment

Assign services to specific staff members:

1. Go to Settings → Team
2. Select the staff member
3. Navigate to Services section
4. Select services they can provide

Assignment Matrix

For a service to be bookable:

• Service exists and is active
• Service is assigned to the venue
• At least one staff member at that venue can provide it
• Venue is published

Bulk Assignment

Quickly assign multiple services:

• Select multiple services at once
• Assign to multiple staff members
• Copy assignments between venues

Service Permissions

The "Manage Services" permission controls who can:

• Create and edit services
• Assign services to venues
• Assign services to staff

Impact on Booking

Service assignment affects:

• Which services appear at each venue
• Which staff can be selected for a service
• Available time slots
• Revenue attribution
