What to Include
To help us assist you quickly, please provide:
- Account email: So we can find your account
- Issue description: What happened and when
- Steps to reproduce: How we can see the issue
- Screenshots: Visual evidence if helpful
- Booking code: For appointment-related issues
- Device info: Phone type, app version, etc.
Response Times
We aim to respond based on urgency:
