What to Include

To help us assist you quickly, please provide:

  • Account email: So we can find your account.
  • Issue description: What happened and when.
  • Steps to reproduce: How we can see the issue.
  • Screenshots: Visual evidence if helpful.
  • Booking code: For appointment-related issues.
  • Device info: Phone type, app version, etc.

Response Times

We aim to respond based on urgency:

  • General inquiries: 24-48 hours
  • Booking issues: 12-24 hours
  • Account access: 4-12 hours
  • Urgent matters: As soon as possible
