Version 2.3.0

Clients without contact details, a resumable cart and live search suggestions, and a rebuilt swipe-through calendar in version 2.3.0.

New Features

Clients Without Contact Details

A name is now enough to put a client on the books. Client forms, the client list and the client card all handle clients without an email or phone, and a banner explains that automated notifications are off for them.

  • Save a client with just a name — no email or phone required
  • Add attendees to an appointment by name alone; they are labelled Record only — won't be notified
  • A Recent strip of recently booked clients when adding attendees, plus inline creation of a new guest from whatever you typed

Bottom Navigation, Cart and Search Suggestions

The customer app puts Home, Search, Cart and Book one tap away on every screen, and a booking you did not finish is waiting for you when you come back.

  • Resume an unfinished booking from the cart, with recent venues and a Book again shortcut, and a clear notice when a saved selection has expired
  • Search suggests as you type — recent searches, recently viewed venues, matching businesses and categories — and individual recent searches can be removed
  • Venue photos open in a full-screen gallery, and services on a venue page are grouped by category with a strip to jump between groups

A Calendar Built for Swiping

The partner calendar was rebuilt around swipe-through pages, so moving between days and weeks follows your finger instead of stalling.

  • Month, day, week, four-day and work-week views prepare the neighbouring page in advance, and the month view has a redesigned day cell and event pill
  • Tap a day in the agenda to start a new appointment on that date
  • Choose whether your week starts on Monday or Sunday; the choice sticks across devices
  • The calendar opens faster and shows a loading skeleton that matches the view you are opening

Account and Security

More control over where you are signed in, and settings that are easier to find.

  • Sign out everywhere from security settings, and hide individual devices or all other devices from your active-device list
  • Search your settings, with guidance when nothing matches
  • Search the team list when managing members instead of scrolling it

Improvements

  • Times are written the way people say them — Today, 14:30, Tomorrow, 09:00, In 20 min — and the date picker has a Jump to today control
  • Booking step buttons say what happens next, and the venue page and booking bar are built around a single Proceed to booking action
  • Sign in with Google or Apple uses the phone's own account picker on iOS and Android, and passkeys are shared between the EasyBook customer and business apps
  • Analytics report a Completion Rate for each venue, and the weekly recap email was reworked with corrected metrics
  • The partner app tells you when it has lost connection and when it is back online, and the Cookie Policy, Privacy Policy and Terms of Service are available in-app in all four languages
  • Sheets and panels can be dismissed with a swipe, and every bottom-bar button gives haptic feedback

Bug Fixes

  • Tapping an EasyBook link from a notification, email or another app opens the exact page inside the app
  • Signing back in returns you to the page you were on, in the language you were using, and your session survives the app being backgrounded
  • Approving a sign-in from a push notification works again
  • Editing a recurring booking no longer creates duplicate client records for attendees without an email
  • The dashboard's weekly bookings chart matches the rolling seven days ending today
  • Calendar swipes no longer land on the wrong page, get stuck mid-gesture or fight with vertical scrolling
  • Carousel arrows no longer appear to do nothing or scroll the wrong way, and home-page categories are visible without scrolling
  • Closed an issue where a client record could be reached from a different organization's dashboard
