Welcome to EasyBook

The onboarding walkthrough guides you through organization setup step by step.

The Onboarding Steps

Step 1: Business Info & Location

Set up the basic information about your business:

  • Business Name: The name clients will see.
  • Description: A short description of your business (up to 500 characters).
  • Contact Information: Phone number, email address and website.
  • Location: Search for your business and pick it from the suggestions: the address fields, including the country, are filled in for you, and you can adjust the street details afterwards.

Step 2: Industries

Choose the industries that best represent your business:

  • Select at least one: Onboarding cannot continue without an industry.
  • Choose several: Pick every industry that applies.
  • Shown to clients: Industries help clients find you when they browse by category.
  • Editable later: Each venue has its own industries, which you can update from the venue settings.

Step 3: Operating Hours

Set when you are open:

  • Days: Click days to open or close them; at least one day must be open.
  • Time slots: Add more than one slot per day for split schedules.
  • Quick Setup: Apply a preset, or copy one day's hours to all days.

Step 4: Review

Before creating the organization, check everything on one screen:

  • Basic Information, Business Location, Industries and Operating Hours are shown together.
  • Click any section to go back and edit it.
  • Missing required fields are flagged before you can submit.
  • Click Create Organization to finish.

Required Information

Every step must be completed — there is no skip option:

  • Business name, phone number, email address and address.
  • At least one industry.
  • Operating hours with at least one open day.

After Creating Your Organization

Your dashboard shows a Set up your business card:

  • Add your first Venue: The location where services will be offered, with its photos and hours.
  • Build your Catalog: Categories and the services, classes, courses and events you offer.
  • Publish your Venue: Go live once clients can book something there and your first and last name are added.

After Onboarding

Once you've completed onboarding, you'll be taken to your dashboard where you can:

  • Review and refine your settings
  • Add more services and venues
  • Invite team members
  • Choose your booking terms
  • Start accepting appointments
