What the Wallet Holds

The "Wallet" gathers everything you hold at each business: client cards, class passes, courses, memberships and open pass requests. Open it from Settings → "Wallet", or from the home page section "Your Passes" → "View all" when you have an active pass.

The page is split into "Your cards", "Your requests", "Your passes", "Past passes" and your memberships. An empty wallet shows "Your wallet is empty" with a "Discover classes" shortcut.

Reading a Pass

Each card names the business and "Valid for classes at {venue}", and shows what's left:

  • Class pass: A pack of classes — "{remaining} of {granted} classes left"
  • Course: "{remaining} of {granted} sessions left"
  • Membership: "Unlimited classes"
  • Validity: "until {date}", "Starts {date}" for a pass not yet active, or "Ended {date}". Past passes are marked "Expired", "Cancelled" or "Fully used"

Tap a pass to open its detail page. "Pass details" lists "Purchased", "Valid from", "Valid until" (or "No expiry date") and "Paid"; "Class history" lists every class the pass paid for, newest first, with "Returned" where a cancelled class gave the credit back. Memberships also show "{n} classes this month". The button "Book a class at {venue}" (or "Book before {date}" when the pass is running out) starts a booking.

Requesting a Pass

Passes are requested in the app and paid for at the venue:

  1. On the venue page, open the "Passes & memberships" group
  2. Tap "See details", then "Request pass"
  3. Review the "Request a pass" checkout — "Payment: Pay at the venue" — and tap "Request pass"
  4. The confirmation "Pass request sent" shows "The studio answers by {date}"

In the wallet under "Your requests", the request moves from "Waiting on the studio" to "Approved — pay at the desk", and becomes usable once the desk takes payment. Requests are held for 14 days; "Request expired" or "Payment deadline passed" means you need to request again. To withdraw, use "Order options" → "Cancel order".

Using a Pass on a Class

At checkout the payment line tells you what applies:

  • Covered by your pass: A pass you hold pays for the seat — the total shows the full price struck through and "Covered by your pass — nothing to pay today."
  • Pass request pending: You pay for the class today; once the studio sets up your pass the front desk can apply it — it won't apply on its own
  • Add for {price}: No pass yet — add one to this booking and it can cover the class once set up; until then the class is still owed

Your Client Card at the Desk

"Your cards" shows a client card for every business you have a relationship with. Tap "Show at the desk" to display a QR code — "The front desk scans this code to pull up your details and check you in." Use it to check in for a class or appointment and when paying at the counter.

A pending pass request also has "Show at the desk". The screen waits ("Waiting for the desk…") and updates on its own to "Paid" — "The desk took your payment. Your pass is ready to use." — with an "Open pass" button. If the desk can't complete it, you'll see "The desk could not complete this" and can return to the wallet for details.
