What a Membership Is

A membership is a recurring plan offered by a studio — for example unlimited classes billed every month. You ask to join in the app, the studio answers, and every payment is settled at the venue. Nothing is ever charged in the app.

Requesting to Join

On a venue page, plans appear in the "Passes & memberships" group as "Membership", with "{price} / month" (or "/ week"), "Billed every {n} {period}s", "{amount} to join", "{n} days' notice", "{n} cycles minimum" and "Each cycle includes …":

  1. Tap "See details", then "Request to join"
  2. Review the "Join this plan" checkout: price and cadence, "To join", "Minimum term", "Notice to leave" and "Payment: Pay at the venue"
  3. Tap "Request to join"
  4. The confirmation "Request sent" shows "Starting {date}" and "The studio has until {date} to answer. Nothing is charged until it does."

What Each Status Means

In the "Wallet", memberships are grouped as "Waiting on the studio", "Your agreements" and "Past agreements". Tap one to open its "Agreement" page:

  • Waiting on the studio: Your request is pending — "Studio answers by" and "Would start" show the dates. Nothing is charged
  • Active: You're in. "Started", "Next payment", "Minimum term" ("{billed} of {total} billed") and "Notice to leave" are listed
  • Due: A payment notice appears at the top of the wallet — "{price} due by {date} — pay at the venue to keep your access."
  • Overdue: "Payment overdue since" replaces the next payment date. You keep access until the grace date; after that the agreement ends unpaid unless you settle it at the venue
  • Paused: The studio has paused the plan — "Resumes {date}" or "No restart date yet". Pausing is done by the studio, not in the app
  • Ended: The reason is shown — "You ended this", "Ended by the studio", "Declined by the studio", "Ended unpaid", "Request withdrawn" or "Request expired"

Paying Your Dues

Dues are paid at the front desk. Show your client card QR ("Show at the desk") so the desk can find your agreement and take the payment. The length of your grace period is listed on the agreement.

Withdrawing or Ending

You can leave at any stage:

  • While pending, tap "Withdraw request" — "Nothing has been charged and nothing will be. You can ask again at any time."
  • Once active, tap "End agreement". Nothing further is billed, but a cycle already raised is still owed for the period it covered and is settled at the venue
  • Inside the minimum term, the app warns "You are still inside the minimum term, with {n} cycles left, and {n} days of notice apply." — ending early can leave those cycles owed
