Closing Your Account

How to close your EasyBook account and what happens to your data.

Before You Close

Consider these alternatives:

• Taking a break? Just don't use the app - your account stays safe
• Too many emails? Update your notification settings instead
• Privacy concerns? Review your privacy settings first
• Having issues? Contact support - we can help

What Gets Deleted

When you close your account:

• Your profile and personal information
• Your appointment history
• Your saved favorites
• Your reward points and tier status
• Your reviews (may be anonymized)

What You Keep

Some information may be retained:

• Transaction records (for legal/tax purposes)
• Anonymized usage data
• Legal compliance records

How to Close Your Account

1. Go to Account > Settings
2. Scroll to the bottom
3. Tap "Close Account"
4. Read the information carefully
5. Enter your password to confirm
6. Tap "Yes, Close My Account"

After Closing

Once closed:

• You'll be logged out immediately
• Your data will be deleted within 30 days
• You'll receive a confirmation email
• You can create a new account with the same email later
