Your Booking History

View all your past appointments and rebook previous services.

Accessing History

  1. Open the main menu
  2. Tap "Appointments"
  3. Select "Past", or use the "Completed" filter

What's in Your History

Each past appointment shows:

  • Business name and logo
  • Service(s) you booked
  • Date and time
  • Provider who served you
  • Total price paid
  • Booking status

Viewing Details

Tap on any past appointment to see:

  • Full booking confirmation
  • Business contact details
  • Your notes or requests

Rebooking

Easily book the same service again:

  1. Find the appointment in your history
  2. Tap "Book again"
  3. Confirm or modify the details
  4. Pick a new date and time
  5. Complete your booking

Leaving Reviews

You can review a business within 30 days of a completed appointment there:

  1. Open the business page
  2. Tap "Add your review"
  3. Rate your experience
  4. Write your feedback
  5. Submit the review
