Accessing Preferences
Your preferences let you personalize how EasyBook works for you.
- Tap your profile icon
- Select Preferences and adjust your settings
Available Settings
You can customize the following settings to match your needs:
- Language: Choose from Albanian or English for the entire interface and notifications
- Timezone: Auto-detected from your device, or set manually if needed
- Theme: Choose Light, Ocean, or Night, or follow your device automatically — your choice follows you across EasyBook apps
- Reminders: Set how early before appointments you want to be reminded
Timezone
Your timezone setting is important for displaying accurate appointment times. EasyBook auto-detects your timezone based on your device location. If you are travelling, you can change it manually to make sure appointment times are shown correctly.
- Auto-detect uses your device's current location
- Manual selection lets you pick from a list of timezones
- Changing your timezone only affects how times are displayed, not the actual appointment times
Reminder Settings
Choose when you want to receive appointment reminders so you never miss a booking.
- Set the number of minutes before an appointment to receive a reminder
- Choose your preferred notification channel
- Reminder preferences apply across all your bookings
