About Push Notifications

Push notifications keep you up to date with your appointments and important updates from businesses you follow.

Types of Notifications

  • Booking confirmations - Receive a notification when your appointment is confirmed.
  • Appointment reminders - Get reminded before your upcoming appointments.
  • Booking updates - Be notified if a business reschedules or cancels your appointment.
  • Special offers - Hear about special offers and promotional content.

Managing Notifications

You can control your notification preferences in the app and in your device settings:

  1. In the app, open Settings > Notifications to choose Email or Push for each category and set your "Reminder Lead Time" and "Quiet Hours".
  2. On iOS, go to Settings, then Notifications, then EasyBook to allow or silence push notifications.
  3. On Android, go to Settings, then Apps, then EasyBook AI, then Notifications — EasyBook sorts its notifications into Security, Bookings, Payments, and Updates and offers, so you can silence one kind without losing the rest.
