How to Redeem

How to claim and use rewards with your EasyCoins.

Claiming a Reward

1. Go to the Rewards Shop
2. Find a reward you want
3. Tap on it to view details
4. Make sure you have enough EasyCoins
5. Tap "Redeem"
6. Confirm your redemption

Using Your Reward

After redeeming, you can use your reward during checkout:

1. Start a booking as normal
2. At checkout, tap "Apply Reward"
3. Select your available reward
4. The discount is applied
5. Complete your booking

Reward Validity

Keep in mind:

• Rewards may have expiry dates
• Some rewards are one-time use
• Check terms for any restrictions
• Expired rewards cannot be recovered

Where to See Your Rewards

View claimed rewards in:

• Rewards > My Rewards
• During checkout (available rewards)
• Redemption History

Troubleshooting

If you can't apply a reward:

• Check if it's expired
• Verify it applies to your booking type
• Check minimum booking requirements
• Contact support if issues persist
