Understanding Ratings

Every business on EasyBook has a rating based on customer reviews. Ratings use a 5-star scale:

• 5 stars: Excellent
• 4 stars: Very Good
• 3 stars: Good
• 2 stars: Fair
• 1 star: Poor

Reading Reviews

Reviews are from real customers who completed appointments. Each review includes:

• Star rating: The customer's overall rating
• Written feedback: Their experience in detail
• Date: When the review was posted
• Service: What service they booked

Sorting Reviews

You can sort reviews by:

• Most Recent: Newest reviews first
• Highest Rated: 5-star reviews first
• Lowest Rated: Critical reviews first

Writing a Review

After completing an appointment, you'll be able to leave a review:

1. Complete your appointment
2. You'll receive a prompt to leave feedback
3. Rate your experience (1-5 stars)
4. Write about your experience (optional)
5. Submit your review

Review Guidelines

When writing reviews, please:

• Be honest and fair
• Describe your actual experience
• Mention specific services or staff if relevant
• Keep it respectful and constructive

Anonymous Reviews

Some businesses allow anonymous reviews, so you can share honest feedback without revealing your identity:

• Your identity is shown as "Verified Customer" instead of your name
• Only customers who completed an appointment within the last 30 days can leave a review
• Automatic review reminders are sent 24 hours and 7 days after your appointment

Editing and Deleting Reviews

You have a limited window to modify your reviews after submission:

• You can edit or delete your review within 48 hours of posting
• After 48 hours, reviews become permanent
• Businesses are notified when new reviews are posted
