How to create your EasyBook partner account and get started.

Creating Your Account

Create an account with your email or Google account.

Registration Methods

Email Registration

To register with your email address:

  1. Navigate to the EasyBook sign-up page
  2. Enter your full name and email address
  3. Create a secure password (minimum 12 characters)
  4. Accept the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy
  5. Click "Create Account"

Google Sign-Up

For faster registration using your Google account:

  1. Click "Continue with Google" on the sign-up page
  2. Select your Google account or sign in to Google
  3. Review and accept the permissions requested
  4. Your account is created automatically using your Google profile information

Email Verification

Email verification is required. After registering:

  • Check your inbox for a verification email from EasyBook
  • Click the verification link within 24 hours
  • If you don't see the email, check your spam folder
  • You can request a new verification email from the login page

After Registration

Once your account is verified, you'll be guided through the initial setup process:

  1. Welcome Screen: Brief introduction to the platform
  2. Organization Setup: Create or join an organization
  3. Initial Configuration: Set up basic preferences

Joining an Existing Organization

If you've been invited to join an existing EasyBook organization:

  1. Check your email for an invitation from the organization
  2. Click "Accept Invitation" in the email
  3. Create your account or sign in if you already have one
  4. You'll be added to the organization with the role assigned by the inviter

Account Security

EasyBook takes your account security seriously. We recommend:

  • Using a strong, unique password
  • Enabling Google authentication for added security
  • Keeping your email address up to date
  • Logging out when using shared devices
