Common Terms
Venue / Business
A service provider listed on EasyBook. This could be a salon, spa, clinic, gym, or any other business offering bookable services.
Service
A specific offering from a business, such as "Haircut", "Massage", or "Consultation". Each service has a duration and price.
Provider / Staff
The professional who will perform your service. You can choose a specific provider or let the business assign one.
Appointment / Booking
A confirmed reservation for a service at a specific date and time.
Booking Code
A unique reference number for your appointment. Use this when contacting the business about your booking.
Rewards Terms
EasyCoins
The currency of the EasyBook rewards program. Earn EasyCoins by booking at Rewards Partner businesses. Earning rate: 2 EasyCoins per 100 ALL spent (2% cashback).
Tiers
Loyalty levels (Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, Diamond) that unlock better earning multipliers and benefits as you accumulate lifetime EasyCoins.
Rewards
Benefits you can redeem with your EasyCoins, such as discounts, merchandise, and exclusive experiences.
Booking Statuses
Requested
Your booking request has been submitted and is awaiting confirmation from the business.
Confirmed
The business has confirmed your appointment.
Declined
The business was unable to accommodate your request.
