What's on a Business Profile

Each business has a profile page with everything you need to know before booking.

Profile Header

The page opens on a full-width cover photo — the business's main photo. On a phone, the top bar holds a search field and a More options menu, and it turns into a solid titled bar as you scroll. Below the cover you'll find:

  • Logo and name: The business's logo next to its name.
  • Opening status: Whether it's open now and, when it's closed, when it opens next — naming the day, such as "Opens tomorrow 09:00" — in the venue's own time.
  • Rating and reviews: Average rating with a link to "Reviews".
  • Industry badges: What kind of business it is.
  • EasyBook Rewards: The badge shown when this business takes part in EasyBook Rewards — bookings here earn EasyCoins.

Photo Gallery

Tap "View all photos" on the cover to open a swipeable gallery. Photos also appear throughout the page:

  • The venue's interior and exterior on the cover and in the gallery.
  • Class and service images on each catalogue card.
  • Team members' cover banners and avatars in the "Team" section.
  • A professional's own cover photo and avatar on their profile page.

Business Information

Scroll down for the details:

  • Opening Hours: When they're open each day.
  • Booking terms: The rules for cancelling and rescheduling, grouped as "Booking window", "Confirmation", "Changing your booking" and "If things go wrong".
  • Team: The professionals who work here — tap one to open their profile, where you can book them.
  • Similar venues nearby: Other businesses you may like.

Quick Actions

From the header you can search, save and share; on a phone, Save, Share, Location & hours and Booking terms sit under More options. Calling is further down the page:

  • Search in venue: Find a service or class with "Search in {venueName}...".
  • Save: Save the venue to your favorites (sign in first — "Log in to save this venue").
  • Share: Copy the link, send it by WhatsApp, Instagram, Telegram, Facebook, X, SMS or email, pick any other app under "More", or "Show QR Code".
  • Location: Opens a sheet with the address, how far away it is, Copy address, and Directions, which hands the route to your maps app.
  • Call: Call the business from its contact details.

The Catalogue

Everything you can book is grouped into categories. On a phone, the category tabs stay at the top as you scroll, and All categories lists them all at once. Each kind of offering starts the right kind of booking:

  • Services: "See times" starts an appointment.
  • Classes and Events: "See schedule" or "See dates" shows the timetable.
  • Courses: "Enrol" books the whole course.
  • Passes & memberships: "See details" leads to "Request pass" or "Request to join".
