Multiple Services in One Appointment

You can now add several services to a single appointment. EasyBook adds up the total time and price automatically, so longer or combined visits are booked in one go.

Import Your Clients

Bringing your existing clients into EasyBook is now guided and flexible. Import from a spreadsheet, your device contacts, or your Google account, and review everything before it is saved.

• Preview and confirm the list before anything is imported.
• Clients you already have are recognised and left as they are, so importing twice will not duplicate your list.

Add Clients With Just a Phone Number

Email is now optional when you add a client — a phone number is enough. Numbers are saved in a consistent international format, so they are easy to dial and easy to match. Two clients can still share a phone number, for a household or a family.

• Create a client with only a phone number, only an email, or both.
• Phone numbers are tidied into a standard international format.
• Adding a client with an email already in your book is caught for you.

Automatic Rebooking Reminders

EasyBook can remind clients when it is time to book again. Timing starts from what is typical for your kind of business and sharpens as a client builds up a visit history with you. Reminders go only to clients who have agreed to hear from you.
