Account Security

Keep your EasyBook account secure by using a strong password and following security best practices.

Changing Your Password

1. Go to Account > Security
2. Tap "Change Password"
3. Enter your current password
4. Enter your new password
5. Confirm the new password
6. Tap "Save"

Password Requirements

A strong password should have:

• At least 12 characters
• A mix of letters and numbers recommended
• Avoid common words or patterns

Forgot Your Password?

If you've forgotten your password:

1. Go to the login screen
2. Tap "Forgot Password?"
3. Enter your email address
4. Check your email for a reset link
5. Click the link and create a new password

Security Tips

• Never share your password with anyone
• Use a unique password for EasyBook
• Sign out on shared devices
• Watch for suspicious activity
• Report any unauthorized access immediately

Signing In with a Passkey

A passkey lets you sign in without typing a password, using your phone or computer's fingerprint, face, or a security key. It is faster and safer than a password.

Set one up from your security settings by choosing Add Passkey and confirming on your device. Then signing in takes a single tap:

1. On the sign-in screen, tap Sign in with a passkey
2. Confirm with your fingerprint, face, or security key
3. You are in — no password to remember

Extra Protection with MFA

A strong password is your first line of defence. For even more security, enable multi-factor authentication (MFA) so that a second verification step is required every time you sign in.
